Dr. Alicia Smart is the founder and clinical director of Guidepost DBT, a center dedicated to providing comprehensive and informed Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with an emphasis on in-person care. Dr. Smart has experience working with diverse populations, from children and adolescents to families and adults. Additionally, she is an experienced supervisor for associates at the beginning of their careers. Dr. Smart is also the Co-Founder and Chief Training Officer at TheraHive, a mental health education company that offers online DBT skills groups to a global audience.
