Having an eating disorder is a deeply painful and isolating experience. At the same time, eating disorders often fill important needs, which can make recovery feel incredibly challenging. Eating disorders often go beyond your relationship with food and impact how you view yourself, connect with others, and navigate life. Recovery provides a unique opportunity to learn how to meet your needs, develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and create a life aligned with your values. I am passionate about helping adults with eating disorders build expansive lives outside of their eating disorders.
