I am a trauma specialist who has an extensive background working with individuals, couples, and families within the military, veteran, widow, and bereavement populations. I work to help each client become an optimally functioning and progressively maturing individual through identifying the specific presenting problem affecting their lives, helping them evaluate how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors may be impacting the way they relate to themselves and others, and exploring how they can become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
