I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who believes therapy should feel like a safe, grounding space—somewhere you can show up fully as yourself and be met with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. My work is deeply personalized, shaped by who you are and what you need, not by a one-size-fits-all model. My style is warm and relational, with room for humor and honesty. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where I walk alongside you, help make sense of the patterns that no longer serve you, and support you in building a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fully your own. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, those exploring gender identity, and anyone navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression. I’m certified in EMDR and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and I blend these approaches to help clients find both relief and deeper self-understanding.
