We all have times when we feel stuck, stressed, confused, hurt, alone, or simply like we're not living our best life. Maybe you’re seeking healing from trauma, or grieving a significant loss. Maybe you want help coping with feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, sadness, and disconnection. Maybe certain habits are getting you down, and you want help overcoming them. Perhaps you’re seeking support in making a significant life decision, or change. Maybe you want healthier relationships, or a deeper spirituality. Or maybe you just want someone to come alongside you and help you figure out how to get back to feeling okay. More like yourself. I believe trusting, accepting, supportive relationships are essential for any kind of personal emergence and/or healing. Thus, I take my time getting to know you, your story, your goals, and the places you feel stuck. Therapy sessions blend deep listening, gentle guidance, and mindfulness-based practices. My approach is trauma-sensitive and relational.
