I help people learn to cope and thrive in the presence of experiences like stress, chronic medical conditions like pain and weight management, insomnia, sadness, and feelings of hopelessness and searching for meaning. I have worked with people from just about every walk of life- women, men, TGNB folx, grandparents, doctors, students, veterans, executives, HNWIs and more.
