In life, there are many obsticles that we have to face. Sometimes we just need to find different coping strategies to help us change the things that aren't working in our life. My belief is that everyone has the innate capacity for personal growth. Fostering individuals to obtain a healthier understanding of themselves and their emotional world is part of my job.
