I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, ADHD, relationship stress, and the general overwhelm of modern life. I also specialize in helping people heal their relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. My approach blends evidence-based treatments like CBT, ACT, and CBT-E with humor, warmth, and honesty.
