I work with children, parents, mothers, and caregivers through tender seasons of family life, including grief, postpartum adjustment, and major transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to support themselves or their children. This may include parental loss, divorce or separation, foster care or adoption changes, or the emotional shifts that come with becoming a parent.
