As your counselor, I am here to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore and grow. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and a Certified EMDR Therapist with 25 years of experience. I focus on working with individuals dealing with sexual issues, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma that impact their lives today. Additionally, I support individuals and couples through the struggles and transitions they face at different stages of their lives.
