I am passionate about helping people identify and break through patterns that prevent connection with their true Self and their gifts. Often people find themselves stuck, struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or addiction, continually repeating behaviors or unfulfilling relationships at home, work and, or in their lives. In a non-judgmental and compassionate way, it is my goal to help you uncover and transform those issues that keep you stuck and/or in pain, and learn to be curious to rediscover a more loving Self.
