I am a psychotherapist & physical therapist specializing in therapy for the mind & body from an integrative perspective. I work with adolescents & adults (individual, couple, and/or family sessions). I assist with emotional, psychosocial issues (anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship & self-esteem difficulties, aspects of addiction), & physical issues (chronic pain, headaches, stomach problems, pre/post natal).
