Great to meet you! I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years experience working with adults in various settings. As a former Army officer, I support structure and solution-focused treatment with the aim for you to see improvements as quickly as possible. Therapy should be fun! If you can't laugh in session, I'm doing something wrong! We will work together to identify the concerns and develop goals to get you back to where you want to be! We will always work with a plan and simple goals. You will leave knowing exactly what we are doing. You drive the bus; I’m here to help steer in the best direction. As a trauma-informed solution-focused therapist, I will work collaboratively with you to meet your goals as quickly as possible. After all, we all want to get better fast, right? We will create a plan together and I will be by your side the entire time as we work the plan.
