Are you feeling stuck and tired, navigating relationships and systems where you may feel misunderstood and disconnected? Do things feel like they are “harder than they should be”? I specialize in providing affirming care to Queer and BIPOC teenagers and adults who are seeking to process their lived experiences, increase self-compassion, and live a more authentic life. I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent folks who are hoping to explore identity, build adaptive coping skills, and reduce shame. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that is guided by evidence-based therapies (DBT, ACT) as well as feminist & multicultural approaches. I support my clients through challenges by promoting clarity, healing, and values-driven change. I offer a safe and encouraging environment, where you are the expert of your lived experience.
