My name is Dr. Arlene Brewster, and my life's work is helping people like you find their way back to their core strength. I’m a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist with over 30 years of experience. I believe that you aren’t broken and don’t need to be fixed. My role is to provide a safe space where we can understand the parts of you that are struggling and gently guide you toward healing. I practice IFS therapy because it doesn’t work from the premise that you have symptoms of sickness. It believes that we all have protective parts that try to cope with challenging and painful situations from our past.
