I focus on working primarily with couples and individual adults who are dealing with trauma histories, identity/cultural issues, depression and/or anxiety. I can help you excavate your past trauma, your attachment and communication styles in a way that helps you understand them, and how these may be impacting what is going on with you in the present moment, so you can feel more in control of your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and your relationships. I have very limited space for teens also dealing with trauma, anxiety and depression, who can come for in-person services, at my Portsmouth, NH location.
