I am passionate about creating a therapeutic environment of acceptance, safety, and non-judgement where clients can make sense of the most difficult pieces of their lives. All are welcome - exactly as they are. I firmly believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and that my role is to serve as a sounding board for my client's self-discovery and growth. I have experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families. I work with clients who have a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, gender dysphoria, life transitions, and grief. When I meet with clients, I strive to understand who they are - their goals, values, and dreams. I work with clients to create individualized treatment plans to ensure that their whole-self is honored and reflected in the work we do together.
