I approach therapy in a personalized developed treatment plan for each client. I consider your upbringing, cultural background, intersectionality, and current symptoms. Therapy can be scary; it may the first time you’re processing experiences, discussing emotions you haven’t uncovered, or coming to difficult conclusions regarding life decisions. This is why it’s of the upmost importance to me that you are met with a warm, nonjudgemental environment. I specialize with people going through life transitions and decision-making, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and working through gender and identity development. I work with women, LGBTQ+, and military members and partners of those in the military.
