As a Psychologist & Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 25 years, I am committed to helping people work through what's keeping them stuck - confusion, emotional or physical pain. As we uncover and rewrite the scripts that are running in the background and keeping you stuck in pain and frustration, you'll find yourself experiencing a newfound peace coupled with creativity and motivation. My style is collaborative - You are the expert on you. I use a trauma and attachment approach to focus on all aspects - thoughts, emotions and feelings. We'll tend to old wounds and currents ones to heal what happened to you, as well as the things that didn't happen but should have - love, protection and support. Healing is specific and permanent.
