In our work, I hope you’ll find a greater sense of ease, inner stillness, and acceptance, as well as the clarity and confidence to move forward in the ways that feel right for you. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral approaches, and mindfulness techniques.
