Every human has the capacity to heal and thrive. Life can present significant barriers to thriving and even surviving. As your therapist, I am a compassionate and curious guide, a cheerleader, and a challenger. I have the utmost admiration for my clients, and I applaud you for taking this step towards healing and thriving. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems therapy, meditation, yoga, Restorative Practices, and Deliberative Dialogues. These modalities are especially helpful for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, relationships, and other symptoms that hinder daily functioning.
