I love working with individuals of all ages and struggles. I have been in the counseling field for over 25 years and enjoy the partnership of working together to find a solution. Throughout the years I have spent much time researching and attending trainings to learn how to best handle stress. Stress and trauma have a significant impact on our bodies and many traditional strategies may not work; if they don't, I use health, spirituality, and energy medicine to impact change. I focus on health and positive psychology. We work on new techniques right in the office.
