My ideal client may be navigating life transitions, relationships, identity concerns, or a desire to live more authentically. They might be facing challenges such as trauma, perfectionism, self-acceptance, systemic challenges, or the weight of expectations, while also holding identities that are not always affirmed in the world around them. They want a space where they don’t have to explain or shrink parts of themselves to be understood. Their goals often include feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected—both to themselves and to others. Therapy becomes a space to build tools, foster healing, and practice new ways of relating. I work from a warm, relational approach where humor, authenticity, and cultural awareness help clients feel at ease. While I draw on several therapy methods, I focus on building connection and tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. My specialty is supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients as they navigate life transitions, trauma, and identity concerns.
