My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help those I work with face their fears and cultivate a life worth living. I have experience working with disordered eating, body image concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and personality disorders. I work with those who want to see change in their lives, whether it be challenging harmful thoughts and behaviors, learning how to manage difficult emotions, or fostering self-acceptance.
