I’m so glad you are here. Hi. I’m the owner of Serene Grove Therapy, where I offer therapy on a private-pay basis, and I also accept insurance through Headway. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in old patterns, or weighed down by grief, trauma, stress, or major life transitions—and tired of carrying things on their own. I work mostly with young adults as well late teens and older adults in a supportive, therapeutic space where you can feel heard and understood. We’ll focus on your strengths, identify what may be getting in the way, and work together toward meaningful change.
