Delivered with warmth and grounded in what the research shows is most likely to help, I draw from cutting-edge techniques in psychological science to help you build the life you deserve. I'm Dr. Bridget Freihart, a licensed clinical psychologist in NJ providing virtual psychological services for adults, teens, and couples. Following degrees from both NYU and UC Berkeley, I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and completed my training with a clinical fellowship at Harvard Medical School.
