I am a licensed psychologist who works with adults (+18) virtually in all PSYPACT states. I believe in using the therapeutic relationship to focus on the individual’s strengths and assets in order to empower individuals to live emotionally healthy and safe lifestyles. I am trained as a generalist, with a focus in trauma. Together we will explore aspects of your life - the thoughts, beliefs, and feelings - that are creating conflict and challenges. I share the belief of Nido Qubein that, “Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go they merely determine where you start.”
