In short, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey with a PhD in Psychology. I have been working with motivational therapeutic techniques for 10 years and working with clients for 7 years. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) who utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Play Therapy and Psycho-education to assist children, parents, adolescents, families, and couples in becoming the best mental, social, and emotional versions of themselves.
