I offer a spiritual approach to therapy where the client is seen through a deep holistic lens. I have a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology. I am a trained therapist (LCSW) and a hypnotherapist focused on past life soul regression and shadow and dream work. I specialize in mindfulness, helping individuals in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, and gender issues. Dr. Weiss clinically trainned me in Past Lives Regression to address trauma and phobias. Meet Subconcios Shadows is a technique developed by Dr. Cai Carvalhaes in which the clients are taken to meet their shadows, find their allies, and integrate them during hypnotherapy.
