My ideal clients are immigrants, adults, couples, and families navigating complex life transitions while balancing cultural expectations, intergenerational dynamics, and personal values. Many are high-functioning, responsible, and deeply committed to their families or faith, yet feel emotionally exhausted or stuck, which manifests in symptoms of anxiety, depression, or chronic stress. I will help clients gain relief, clarity, and forward momentum through therapy. I hold a PhD from the University of Chicago, an MSW from Norfolk State University, and a Master of Divinity from Loyola University Chicago.
