I know that initiating therapy can be a scary or difficult thing, and I appreciate your commitment to finding the best provider for yourself. Just know that I offer you absolute acceptance of your identities, flaws, goals, and growth. It's important to me to establish what your goals are and how we can get there. My philosophy is that every person has the capacity to overcome their struggles, we just need help getting unstuck every now and then. I have years of training in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, grief, and issues specific to men.
