Starting therapy can be a challenging life change, my goal is to make this change more accessible. Therapy is all about collaboration, my job isn't to force you in any direction but to understand where you are now and help you get to where you want to be. Clients have said I'm easy to talk to, accepting, and calming in session. These are values I hold for all therapeutic interactions and hope I can provide the same for you.
