My professional strength is knowing how to help people calm down and regain focus in one of three ways:(1) counseling-helping someone get through difficult life issues such as the death of a loved one; (2) psychotherapy-which involves real change and requires a long-term commitment to healing open wounds; and (3) consultation-providing advice on a single issue or event where professional consultation could be helpful. Everyone has a story to tell and I am here to listen, to help and to heal. It is my unwavering belief that no matter what the situation is, our problems are never bigger than life.
