Therapy should be straightforward, and lead to you feeling better as soon as possible. Depression and anxiety are not weaknesses- they are normal responses to stress and trauma, and there may be things we can do right away to alleviate your symptoms. I will create a space where you feel understood and accepted so you can safely explore whatever is troubling you, at your own pace. I have flexible scheduling and will try to accommodate you. Note: My practice is mainly online (New York and TX) with limited in person for West Texas residents only.
