I help neurodivergent parents heal their childhood traumas so they experience less anxiety, irritability, and overwhelm and transform their relationships with their children. My clients often experienced childhoods that left them feeling unsupported and confused. These experiences manifest as worry, obsessiveness, relationship issues, unhelpful habits, difficulty making decisions, and "unexplainable" physical ailments. We work together to unlearn the past and create a new way of being for yourself and your children. I offer neurodiversity-affirming assessments for ADHD & autism for those needing clarity about their experiences.
