I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, bipolar disorder, and life transitions, helping them develop emotional regulation tools and create more meaningful, fulfilling lives. I offer psychological testing for diagnostic clarity, including adult autism evaluations (ADOS-2), diagnostic assessments, and personality testing. I specialize in evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and IPT. My practice is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
