Welcome! I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing emotional challenges and behavioral difficulties. I also work with parents at any stage of parenthood, including pregnancy and postpartum periods, to help parents and children work through difficult feelings and challenging situations. I enjoy taking a positive and compassionate approach to helping all of my clients. I use humor, compassion and empathy in order to build connection with my clients and support them in working towards their goals.
