Hello and welcome! Congratulations on taking this step in your journey. I specialize working with young adults (under 40) and women. I have a particular interest supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and navigating relationships which have felt difficult or confusing in childhood or adulthood. As someone who has deeply reflected on my identities, I find it meaningful to work with clients to understand themselves better. This includes those who are exploring their identity, including their sexuality, grief and loss, career direction, and understanding themselves in relationships.
