We find ourselves in others, through and with others. As relational beings, we are instinctively wired for human connection. Therapy is a collaborative process of uncovering this potential by cultivating a deep, trusting relationship. I believe it's imperative that therapy moves beyond merely treating symptoms. This is why I take a depth-oriented, relational approach in order for us to discover the root causes & work through barriers. I also believe in the importance of honoring the developmental, biological, sociocultural, and interpersonal parts of yourself to assist in the healing process.
