As a Life Coach, I help Individuals cope with trauma, including, domestic violence, car accidents, sexual assaults and abuse, and exposure to various violent experiences. In addition, I coach, mentor, and counsel individuals who are reaching for their life goals (weight loss, academics, parenting, couple relationships, career, etc.). I provide 26 years of experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and youth who need motivation, assessments, and a good listener.
