I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) depending on your presenting needs.
