My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and inclusive. I work with adults to reduce suffering, enhance life satisfaction, and to foster exploration, growth, and empowerment. I aim to create a warm, genuine, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe experiencing their emotions, exploring their needs, and developing a life consistent with their goals and core values. I balance creating a supportive space with also compassionately challenging clients to identify factors interfering with their quality of life and to ultimately meet their goals. I often bring laughter and curiosity to the therapy room.
