I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the medical and mental health field. I am passionate about helping people understand how their brain works and identifying changes they can make to feel empowered and in control of their lives. I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing complex trauma as well as grief and end-of-life care. In addition to working directly with clients, I teach at a variety of universities to help mentor the next generation of social workers.
