I'm a therapist in Montclair NJ helping adults and couples manage anxiety, trauma, stress and relationship challenges. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in recurring patterns from past trauma, unsure how to reconnect with your partner, or worried about how alcohol or substances are affecting you. You might feel misunderstood, marginalized, or impacted by circumstances that make it hard to feel grounded, confident, or in control of your life. My role is to provide an affirming, nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin creating the changes you want in your life.
