Do you ever feel like your mind just won’t stop? The worries, the what-ifs, the loop of thoughts you can’t turn off? I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. I work with those who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing. I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a PhD in psychology as well as 28 years experience. I also support gay and lesbian partners with communication and trust issues and individuals with mood instability or bipolar disorder seeking steadier ground. I help by offering a calm, compassionate space where you can feel safe to be yourself. My work is relational, insight-oriented, and practical. I use cognitive behavioral therapy. Together, we explore emotional patterns, strengthen boundaries, improve communication, and build tools for steadier moods and healthier relationships.
