I am licensed to provide online therapy for California and Virginia clients, supporting children, teens, and adults when faced with concerns related to autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, parenting, college and work, motherhood, as well as neurodivergent, queer, transgender, and non-binary identities. Our journey through life is complex and for every person, will come with successes, joys, and pleasures as well as challenges, concerns, and problems. I view the whole person, within the context of their relationships, family, community and society to gain a better understanding of all that is helpful or unhelpful along this journey.
