I use an intersectional approach and evidence-based treatment strategies to promote wellness and well-being in therapy. I collaborate with my patients by using science and their own strengths to meet their specific needs. I am trained as a Health Psychologist. While I treat a variety of conditions (anxiety, depression, etc.), my specialty is in behavioral sleep medicine. I provide evidence-based treatment for insomnia, nightmares, CPAP adherence, hypersomnia, and other sleep disorders. I have experience working with children as well as adults. I provide care across 42 states.
