Hello there! I'd be happy to work with you. I work with adults and some teens (14 and older) and couples. In-person or video. I enjoy helping those with relationship strain, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, couples/marital issues, alcohol abuse, PTSD, and difficult life circumstances. I have a specialty in medical psychology (i.e., health behavior change, insomnia, weight loss, cancer, grief/bereavement, etc.).
