If you are finding yourself wanting a thought partner, a supportive ear, or someone who can push you to go deeper in your healing, I am the right person for you. I am a warm, down-to-earth and caring therapist working relationally. I operate from an anti-oppressive lens and, as a White therapist, understand the necessity of practicing humility and self-awareness. I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives; in fact, I see myself as a partner in my clients’ journeys of healing and self-exploration.
