Hi, I’m Dayton! I specialize in eating disorder recovery, body image, and relational work, supporting individuals and couples in building more connected, sustainable lives. While I have extensive expertise in eating disorders, I also work with adults navigating ADHD, couples seeking stronger connection, and anyone feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or their relationships. I offer in-person and online sessions, including adult ADHD assessment, and welcome teens and adults from diverse backgrounds. Please feel free to read more about me here or on my website.
